Stephen Bradbury

President

Stephen Bradbury’s experience in research, development and production in laboratory and manufacturing facilities is unparalleled elsewhere in the industry. Steve started his career as a microbiologist in formulation chemistry by developing fertilizer additives used in plant tissue culture. After joining Ecosafe, Stephen worked alongside our company founder Rod Bradbury for almost two decades before taking over as company president. Steve has been instrumental to the design, development and manufacture of hundreds of products, earning him his reputation as a master of chemical formulations that is reflected in every EcoSafe project.

Carmen Lea

Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs

At Ecosafe, Carmen maintains quality control and quality assurance processes. Carmen obtained her Masters of Science at the University of Victoria, where her research involved investigating secondary plant metabolites for pesticidal activity in greenhouse trials. After Joining EcoSafe, Carmen has collaborated with various international Universities and laboratories in the development and registration of novel pesticide formulation and application strategies to manage invasive pests such as the Spotted Wing Drosophila, Varroa Mite, Emerald Ash Borer and Golden Apple Snail. Carmen acts as EcoSafe’s regulatory liaison, using her expertise in pesticide registration to ensure compliance of all studies conducted for registration.

Danielle Trickett

Product Development and Analysis

Danielle is a formulation and analytical chemist at EcoSafe Natural Products. Before joining EcoSafe, Danielle obtained her undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Math at the University of Victoria, where her research involved developing novel methods to coat nanoparticles. At EcoSafe, Danielle assists clients with research and development services, having great success at problem solving technical and stability issues. Danielle’s meticulous approach to formulation science and analytical chemistry has been instrumental to the development and registration a wide range of products.

Kate Adolph

Equipment, Product Development and Analysis

Kate is an exceptional formulation chemist, specializing in the development of novel or superior formulations for a wide range of applications including pesticides, cosmetics and household products. Using her background in chemical manufacturing, analysis and technical writing, Kate designs and implements protocols to ensure regulatory compliance and validation of all equipment and computer systems. Outside of the lab, Kate demonstrates her passion for Chemistry volunteering in the local community to inspire young students to get involved in STEM.

Nick Bolz

Computer Systems, Product Development, Analysis

Nick is EcoSafe’s resident technology expert, overseeing and maintaining systems for computer system validation, data recovery and archiving. Nick Joined EcoSafe in 2017 after graduating with distinction from the Chemistry department at the University of Victoria, where he gained experience troubleshooting and maintaining analytical instrumentation. Nick is an excellent collaborator, acting as liaison between multiple stakeholder groups in the development of international regulatory strategies. In his spare time, you might find Nick applying his problem-solving skills tinkering with his motorcycle, hiking or cycling.

Kate Service

Safety, Product Development and Analysis

At EcoSafe, Kate assists clients with product development, characterization and efficacy testing. Kate completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Victoria with a focus on molecular and plant biology. Before joining Ecosafe, Kate worked as a systems manager in the development of protocols used for rearing various species of predatory insects. At EcoSafe, Kate uses her background in entomology in the lab and field to test product efficacy on insects. In addition to her role in product development, Kate oversees all ongoing studies and lab procedures to ensure safety and compliance with WorkSafe best practices.

 

Keegan Meyers

Product Development and Analysis

Keegan has a broad range of research and consulting experience working with various stakeholders in the public, private, non-governmental sectors and with Indigenous councils. Before joining EcoSafe, Keegan started his career as an ecological consultant, with a focus on landscape-level wildlife and vegetation monitoring. Through the participation, coordination, and management of projects across a wide range of disciplines, Keegan has developed a solid foundation in analytical and formulation chemistry, insect biology, ecology, study design and data analysis. At EcoSafe, Keegan’s methodological approach is essential to solving the most complex technical problems.

 

Margo Ramsay

Product Development and Analysis

At EcoSafe, Margo assists clients with product development and testing through until registration. Margo obtained her Master of Science at the University of Victoria, where her research focused on developing quantitative models to predict the concentration of fentanyl in illicit opioid samples. From there, Margo helped establish a frontline drug testing service aimed at supporting harm reduction. Margo’s background in regulatory policy and proficiencies with method development and testing are crucial at EcoSafe, where she helps clients solve complicated regulatory and analytical challenges.

Greg Dorscht

Accounting

At EcoSafe, Greg oversees the company’s finances and data archives with integrity and pride. Greg has over two decades of experience in finance and sales, bringing customer centric service to all EcoSafe clients. Behind the scenes, Greg maintains corporate business relationships with third party partners, and works closely with the EcoSafe product development team to ensure cohesive project management workflow.
